Waverly Custom Homes, LLC owner and operator, Michael G. Haines, was chosen as the builder of Philadelphia magazine Design Home 2011. The home, a 1931 Manor Home in Haverford, PA (Architectural Design by Stephen Varenhorst), is a historic renovation and addition. While adding all the best and latest amenities, Waverly’s primary focus was returning the home to its original beauty. This entire renovation and addition was completed in a miraculous 4 and ½ months – showcasing Waverly’s experience in this design arena, as well as their commitment to perfection on this project. This home is modernized in every conceivable way, providing a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment for raising a family. Philadelphia magazine's Design Home 2011 will be open for public tours from September 10th through October 9th, 2011. 

100% of the proceeds from the home tours will benefit The Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House.
